recreational vehicle resort located at the heart of the Coachella
Valley, in Cathedral City, California.
We have RV lots and Park Model units available for sale or rent, either
through the Home Owner's Association Office (HOA) or privately by
individual owners.

If you wish to rent privately, please contact the owner at the
number provided in the listing. The HOA will not book private rentals,
nor is staff able to provide information on these listings. Whether you
book through the HOA office or privately, you will have the same rights
and priveledges in the resort. Of course the same regulations also
apply, as
listed below.

Rental
Registration Information
ALL
RENTERS/GUESTS residing in the Resort must register
at the HOA office. There is a $30 fee required for mail
handling, emergency notification and administrative costs for all stays of 14 days or longer.
Vehicles
Tents,
trailers, trucks, campers, van conversions or RVs less
than 26 feet long are not allowed.
Signs, logos or advertising on a vehicle is prohibited.
Pets
One
household pet weighing 20 pounds or less is permitted per
lot. Said pet cannot be walked within the resort.
Cancellation
and Refund Policy
A $25 fee
(C/C fee)
will be charged on all confirmed HOA booked reservations that are
changed or
cancelled.
There will be no refund of deposits paid for HOA booked reservations
that are cancelled or changed less than two days prior to arrival date.
A partial refund will be based on the Resort’s ability to re-rent the
lot/park model for the cancelled or changed reservations.
Full refund,
less a $25 C/C fees, will be refunded with a written 30 day notice.
For privately booked rentals, the renter will have to consult with the
individual owner for cancellations or refunds.
All quality resorts have rules so that everyone may enjoy the
